We are delighted to announce that we are supporting The Foresters Fund. in 2010/2011..
There are so many children who need help, and so many charities that work hard to help them, it's difficult to choose. Foresters take your support and make it count, where it will do the most good...and it's worth more than it's weight in gold.
FFFC uniquely helps others to help children by giving grants primarily to the small, local children’s charities throughout the UK that urgently need help but find it difficult to compete for funds with larger charities.
Grants made by The Fund are sometimes the difference between the ability of these charities to continue and closure. Your support means support for more vulnerable children. Over the past few years, The Fund has helped more than 500,000 children and babies.
The Foresters' Fund for Children is dedicated to helping the young people of the UK to lead happier lives free from abuse, neglect, illness and disability. We are pleased to help and support any like-minded groups that share our dedication towards giving young people a future.
Foresters aim is to give a grant a week they recognise that there is a great need, whether you are a small group, charity or organisation.

FFFC FUNDS AFTER-SCHOOL CLUBS IN WALES
Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids' Clubs is the national organisation for almost 1900 out of school childcare clubs across Wales, supporting over 95,000 childcare places for 3 - 14 year olds. FFFC was impressed with the work they do by giving kids a positive start in life and instilling social values.
We felt the need to keep these Clubs going was critical and so were proud to donate £9040 to Clubs across Wales so they could continue their excellent work.

HAVE YOU EVER PANICKED BECAUSE YOU HAVE LOST YOUR CHILD WHILE SHOPPING IN TOWN? KEEP CHILDREN SAFE CAMPAIGN LAUNCH....
Sometimes, we are so enthusiastic about a grant application that we turn a grant into a project and partner with the charity that has turned to us for help. It was just so with Childwatch, the charity that is launching a campaign in partnership with FFFC to keep children safe while shopping in town centres. The campaign will start in Perth, fan out to many other areas in Scotland and then….who knows where….wherever it is important to keep children safe.
Thankyou for taking the time to read about this charity.
