DELIVERY IS £2 TO ALL CUSTOMERS -REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY ITEMS YOU ORDER !
All items are mailed via 1st Class Delivery.
We will always endeavour to process your order with the utmost urgency.
Because many of our items are Handcrafted to your specification,we ask that you allow us 14 - 21 working days for your chosen item to be created and dispatched.
If time is an issue for you,please contact us prior to ordering.
We do not charge extra for rush orders and if we are able to assist you,we will.
Returns on custom made items are accepted, within 7 days of acknowledged receipt.
Please be aware however, that refunds for any custom made /personalised items will only be awarded on the basis of the item being faulty or significantly not as described.
For Hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted for Earrings, unless the item is faulty,or significantly not as described.
These stipulations meet compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
